- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- Users under 18 require parental consent
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
2.2 Account Types
- Player accounts for booking fields and joining matches
- Field Manager accounts for listing and managing football fields
- Tournament Manager accounts for organizing tournaments
3. USER CONDUCT
You agree to:
- Use the Service in accordance with applicable laws
- Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct
- Provide accurate information about bookings and availability
- Pay all applicable fees for bookings and services
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
4.1 Field Bookings
- Bookings are subject to field availability
- Payment is required at the time of booking

- Field managers set their own pricing
- FooTut may charge service fees for platform usage
- All payments are processed through secure payment providers
5. FIELD MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Managers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their fields
- Maintain fields in good condition
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Respond promptly to booking requests
- Comply with local regulations and safety requirements
6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Termination does not affect existing bookings or obligations

- Class action lawsuits are waived
